Since 2007, The Cult Film Archive at Brunel University has developed the successful Cine-Excess Cult Film Conference and Festival as a high profile annual event which brings together leading international scholars and critics with global cult filmmakers. Cine-Excess comprises of a 3 day 10-15 parallel strand conference alongside plenary talks, filmmaker interviews and UK theatrical premieres of up and coming cult releases.
